Recently, I got my hands on ‘Eat Stop Eat’ by Brad Pilon. So here is my quick review of Eat Stop Eat.

I have to admit, I’ve never been much of a breakfast person … But people keep telling you that you have to ‘eat breakfast like a king’, because it is the most important meal of the day … I’m sure you’ve also heard that you have to eat six meals a day when you are on a diet? Now, what Brad Pilon teaches is a different philosophy.

Brad Pilon is a Canadian nutrition expert and fitness enthusiast who is specialized in intermittent fasting as it relates to losing weight and gaining muscle.When he was in high school, he started to collect issues of Fitness&Muscle and Flex Magazine.  With 4 years of University life in Guelph Ontario, Canada , Eat Stop Eat is the result of the Graduate Research he did during that time.

What is Eat Stop Eat About?

This statement reflects a lot of what I see daily when working as a personal trainer.

restrictive diet for a long period of time. Sure, a truly dedicated individual can
follow a very restrictive diet for 12 weeks and get into phenomenal shape. With
the right amount of dedication, a person can even look like a model from the
cover of a fitness magazine. And a very small, very unique group can do this for
years on end. For the rest of us, this way of eating is too restrictive, too intrusive on our lives, and far too limiting to be done effectively for any real length of time.

On the contrary, I think the book itself looks a bit boring.Eat stop eat can be a little difficult getting into. People who have never followed a weight loss diet plan in general may struggle getting in to a a system where they won’t be able to eat anything  for a 24 hour period. But once people get used to the eat stop eat method they can reap its benefits. As many happy users have said in their eat stop eat review eat stop eat has changed their lives and it is the best weight loss diet plan.

The writing is excellent, but there could have been more illustrations and diagrams — but maybe I’m a bit to accustomed to the online world? I read it from cover to cover, but each section stands on it’s own. I recommend that you skim through it at first, and then go and read it more thoroughly.
